Disturbia is a film about a young guy who spies on his neighbors from his window, believing one of them to be a serial killer.

Rear Window is a film about a guy who spies on his neighbors from his window, believing one of them to be a serial killer.

The copyright infringement suit was filed by the Estate of Sheldon Abend, the man who owns the rights to the short story Rear Window was based on.
