Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights Act

According to Wired.com, this bill is due to be mentioned in the Senate today, after having passed the House earlier.

The bill is to give the Judicial branch the power to litigate copyright infringers themselves, without having the MPAA or RIAA file lawsuits first. Naturally, they’re for the bill.
