Long time readers of this site might recognize the name Don Tapscott as one of the authors of Wikinomics.
He’s back again, and solo, in this latest offering, Grown Up Digital. It’s a sequel to his 1997 book, Growing Up Digital, in which he talked about how the current crop of youngsters are well, “growing up digital.”
As has been mentioned in other posts and books, today’s young people are born with a keyboard in their hands, metaphorically speaking.
This book is the result of a survey of over 4,000 people who have grown up digital. And as a whole, the book is insanely readable and easy to follow.
Throughout the book is quotes by some of the people surveyed for the book, it gives it a refreshing change from data about people to them actually telling you why the data is relevant.
